Stayed at the Morecambe hotel for 10 night, booked from Australia based only on the reviews, i would like to thank all the staff, nothing was too hard for them, all very professional yet friendly in their approach, the chefs do excellent food, be it breakfast, lunch or evening dinner, did not have a bad meal, they even went out of their way to make a meal for a elderly relative who couldn't make it to the hotel so we could deliver it. The cleaning staff, friendly, and very through in the cleaning of the rooms and the hotel in general. Lydia nothing to hard to organize, Hanna being a friendly face and willing to have a chat and share a joke, all the staff were brilliant, the hotel is probably the best in Morecambe based on size and value for money, and the excellent staff , Car parking across the road was good, and only for the hotel residents

Questo incantevole hotel si affaccia sulla zona storica e offre camere confortevoli e moderne con bagno interno. La camera corrispondeva alla descrizione, pulita e accogliente, ottima per due persone. La vista non è delle migliori (palazzo di fronte con uffici), ma posizione perfetta (via importante a due minuti a piedi dal centro), buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di usare il bollitore e le tazze per un té/caffé da gustare insieme ai biscotti che abbiamo trovato in camera. Offerti inoltre vari prodotti confezionati per completare la colazione. I gestori, presso il bar a piano terra, sono stati cordiali. Davvero valida la possibilità di ordinare presso la vicina pizzeria (ottima!) e poter ricevere la pizza in hotel, per gustarla al bar con una bevanda.

What gorgeous accomodation. Everything one needs for a stay. Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk, cereal. There were even a couple of packets of crisps. Our room looked over the park, which was lovely. I was feeling poorly on the morning of checkout and they kindly allowed us a 12 o’clock checkout and knocked to see if we needed anything. Much appreciated! We will return if we are back in Preston

Beautifully appointed and comfortable room. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant- both wonderful. Would definitely seek this out again. Don't be fooled by the outside.

Superb room (modern furniture in retro style, amazing views from window, very clean), great location for a car trip, very good food and drinks at their restaurant (tried both breakfast and dinner). Really surprised by finding this gem!
